Almgren Martina - Top Majestic

Fakta Powerful, rhythmic, and breathtakingly soulful when the Swedish drummer and composer Martina Almgren brings together favorite musicians from her previous bands in a new exciting lineup including the British pianist Zoe Rahman and oud virtuoso Ahmad al Khatib. Swedish Karolina Almgren on vocals and soprano saxophono together with Elin Forkelid on tenor saxophone. Mattias Torell on guitars, Owe Almgren bass and Martina Almgren drums and compositions. The opening track, "Prayer," is based on lyrics by Tagore and serves as a call to action: "Let our countries awake!"
