Jacquees - Mood

Fakta In January 2016, a 21-year-old Jacquees stepped out with Mood, a mixtape hosted by DJ Spinz that helped reset the feel of modern R&B. It fused classic Southern vocals with Atlanta trap bounce and quickly became a go-to late-night listen. Now, a decade on, Mood finally lands on major streaming services and arrives on CD and vinyl for the first time. Produced primarily by Nash B, it catches Jacquees right before superstardom, with executive backing from Birdman and the Cash Money Records family. The guest list says plenty about the moment: Kevin Gates, DeJ Loaf, Rich Homie Quan, Kirko Bangz, and Young Scooter. Long treasured through mixtape sites and YouTube rips, this is the release that cemented Jacquees as the King of R&B.
