Fakta First Day of the Triolgy Der Ring Des Nibelungen by Richard Wagner. Die Walkure, live recorded at a concert in May 2019: Due to a broken sprinkler system the opera in Duisburg was flooded and scheduled stage production was moved to a concert performances to the acoustically phenomenal Mercator Halle.

The recording took place with a local cast which reflects the high potential of the Düsseldorf Opera. The digital version already was a great success since release, in spring 2020. The audience was asking for a physical CD version.
