Pappo's Blues - Volumen 2

Fakta Svart Records continues to reissue the discography of Legendary Argentinian blues rock band Pappo's Blues with their second album Volumen 2 out on vinyl in June 2025. Volumen 2 is the second studio album Pappo's Blues, released in November 1972. On this album guitarist Norberto "Pappo" Napolitano established a style with influences of hard rock, blues rock and acid rock, adapting the power trio scheme inaugurated by Cream and Jimi Hendrix Experience to an urban sensibility that integrated naturally into rock of the early 70s. Featuring eight songs all composed by Pappo with each track showing the genius of him as a composer, performer and guitarist, filled with memorable riffs and solos, as well as a lyrical sensitivity that reflects his image as a Buenos Aires guitar hero.
