Fakta Photay is the alias of LA-based composer, drummer, DJ, producer, and musical polymath Evan Shornstein. His compositions have the feeling of handmade electronica, fashioned from organic material and powered by positive intention. On his latest album, Windswept, he again creates textural, beat-driven sound collages inspired as much by tech-house, downtempo, and IDM as they are inspired by the natural world.
