Fakta Begrenset boks med seks vinyl-LP-utgivelser. Musikk fra alle åtte av Nicks' studioalbum er med i settet, fra topp 10-hitene «Stand Back» og «Talk To Me» til «The Dealer» fra hennes nyeste album, 24 Karat Gold: Songs From The Vault fra 2014. Solosporene får følge av Nicks' minneverdige samarbeid med andre artister, blant dem «Stop Draggin' My Heart Around» med Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, «Leather And Lace» med Don Henley, «You're Not The One» med Sheryl Crow og «Beautiful People Beautiful Problems» med Lana Del Rey. Stand Back viser også karrieren hennes på scenen, med sterke liveopptak, blant dem konsertene fra Bella Donna-turneen i 1981 («Dreams» og «Rhiannon») og livealbumet The Soundstage Sessions fra 2009 («Sara» og en coverversjon av Dave Matthews Band-låten «Crash Into Me»). Samlingen avrundes med flere bidrag til filmmusikk, som «Blue Lamp» fra Heavy Metal og «If You Ever Did Believe» fra Practical Magic.
